Mountain Bike Therapy is a form of outdoor health* practice which combines the benefits of bike riding and time in the bush, with a robust therapeutic safety net.
It is a way for participants to stay active, have adventures, connect with nature, improve riding skills, foster social and community connections and make sense of life’s challenges or obstacles either on or off the trail.
