Ride for Resilience

What to Expect

A 5 week off road riding and mountain bike program for women and gender diverse adults.

Incorporating MTB skills instruction and guidance with an outdoor adventure therapy framework.

Through individual and group processes, explore how “skills learnt on the trail” can be incorporated into daily life…whether it is building confidence, utilising your innate strengths, overcoming fears or connecting with nature, self and other.

As we ride together, we become more resilient, whether it’s to the forces from the trail or the challenges in life.
